EPOCH IDLETerms of Service

1. The service
Epoch Idle (the "App") is provided by Loyal Logic ("we") as-is. Your license to use the App is granted through the store from which you installed it.
2. Your save is yours
The App is single-player, offline, and account-free. Progress is a local file on your device; we cannot recover it, and we make no backup commitments. Use Settings → Export to keep your own copies.
3. Purchases
Funding packs are consumable virtual currency that is credited on delivery and spent in the App; the Full Research Grant is a permanent, non-consumable entitlement. Purchases are billed by and refundable per the policies of Google Play / the App Store. Delivery is best-effort client-side; if a purchase does not credit, use the shop's Restore action or contact support@loyallogic.org.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the App to cheat store systems, redistribute modified builds, or use it unlawfully. Modifying your own local save file is your own affair - it stays on your device.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The App is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost progress, lost virtual currency, or any indirect damages.
6. Changes
We may update the App and these terms; material changes ship with the App or are posted at this URL.
