Epoch Idle is built and maintained by one developer (Loyal Logic).
I read everything myself; replies usually within a few days. Bug reports with your device model and the Settings → Export save text attached are the fastest to fix.
Saves: export & reset
Your run is a local file on your device. Settings → Export save copies it to the clipboard as text - keep copies somewhere safe. Settings → Reset run deletes everything. We cannot recover saves for you; there is no cloud backup.
Purchases: restore & refunds
If a purchase did not credit, open the shop and use Restore. Purchases are billed by Google Play / the App Store, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy or Apple's report-a-problem page. For anything else, email the address above with your order number.
Analytics opt-out
Settings → Feedback → Product analytics toggles the local-only analytics log off. Nothing leaves your device either way.
